What you'll do

In your role as the Lead Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the refurbishment team, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage vendor relationships, conducting regular audits to maintain compliance with operational standards. Your leadership will be crucial in identifying opportunities for cost optimization and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop local suppliers for critical components such as chargers and batteries, ensuring that all suppliers meet the required technical specifications. Your role will also involve procurement coordination, where you will float and close RFQs, providing essential technical inputs to support cost negotiations.

Additionally, you will interface with the finance department to ensure timely processing of invoices and resolution of any billing discrepancies, maintaining a seamless flow of operations. Managing external manufacturing and service partners will be a key responsibility, as you work to achieve monthly production and repair goals while ensuring alignment on forecasts and quality standards.

Your expertise in supply chain management will be vital as you coordinate inventory management efforts, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and optimized to meet production demands.
