Paytm is seeking a Lead Operations Manager for their refurbishment team to oversee the supply chain and logistics of sound box and EDC devices. You'll manage vendor onboarding, procurement coordination, and ensure operational efficiency. This role requires strong skills in supply chain management and vendor management.
You have extensive experience in operations management, particularly in supply chain and logistics, and you understand the intricacies of managing refurbishment processes for electronic devices. Your background includes vendor onboarding and auditing, where you've successfully identified and evaluated new suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards. You are adept at collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop local suppliers, ensuring they meet technical specifications and standards.
You possess strong procurement coordination skills, having worked closely with purchasing teams to float and close RFQs while providing technical inputs during cost negotiations. Your experience interfacing with finance departments ensures timely invoice submissions and resolution of billing discrepancies, showcasing your attention to detail and organizational skills. You have a proven track record in managing external manufacturing and service partners, aligning forecasts, capacity, and quality to achieve production and repair goals.
Your ability to coordinate supply chain management and inventory management is complemented by your analytical skills, allowing you to optimize operations and reduce costs effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to driving operational excellence.
Experience in the financial services sector or with mobile payment technologies would be a plus, as would familiarity with the specific challenges of refurbishing electronic devices.
