Clutch is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to connect Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success while designing systems for scalable revenue growth. This role requires strong analytical skills and business judgment.
You have a proven track record in revenue operations, with experience in designing systems and processes that drive efficient and scalable growth. You thrive in high-growth environments and have the ability to build structure where none exists. Your analytical depth is complemented by strong business judgment, allowing you to connect insights with actionable strategies. You understand the importance of a single source of truth for GTM teams and are skilled at ensuring that operations keep pace with a fast-scaling business. You are a strategic thinker who can audit current tools and data flows to identify operational gaps and deliver prioritized roadmaps for improvement.
Experience with AI tools and their application in revenue operations would be a plus, as you will be exploring how AI can amplify impact and productivity in your role. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a collaborative mindset that fosters tight collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
In your first three months, you will develop a deep understanding of our revenue funnel and customer journey, auditing current tools and data flows to identify operational gaps. You will deliver a prioritized roadmap for systems, reporting, and process improvements, establishing initial KPIs and dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making. Within six months, you will implement scalable workflows and data processes that connect our GTM motion, eliminating friction and supporting predictable growth. You will be responsible for building the revenue operations function from the ground up, creating the systems and data foundations necessary for success. Your role will involve significant visibility and long-term impact, as you work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations.
