You are a strategic leader with experience in managing executive briefing programs, possessing a strong ability to curate tailored content and agendas that resonate with C-level stakeholders. You have a proven track record of working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Product, and Marketing to achieve business objectives. As the EBC Manager at Databricks, you will own and scale the executive briefing program at your site, managing all aspects from demand generation to success reporting. You will develop and maintain best practices and operational frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of briefings. Your role will involve close collaboration with Facilities and vendors to ensure seamless logistics and hospitality for on-site briefings. You will also keep abreast of developments in Databricks solutions, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of our offerings to customers. Your responsibilities will include curating content that aligns with customer needs and business goals, as well as reporting on the success of the program to stakeholders. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and C-level customer stakeholders, fostering strong relationships that drive product adoption and deepen executive engagement.
