What you'll do

As the Area Manager for North-East Ukraine, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the business in your area. You will lead a team dedicated to managing multiple cities, ensuring they achieve their targets and drive growth. Your role will involve owning the P&L and key profitability metrics, collaborating closely with the Commercial Director and other functional heads to define and implement successful strategies. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation, ensuring that your area remains competitive and responsive to market demands. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, helping them to reach their full potential and contribute to the overall success of Glovo.
