What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all AML/CFT, sanctions, and financial crime matters related to Eurasian customers. You will lead the design and implementation of the AML/CFT compliance program, ensuring it meets the regulatory requirements set forth by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority. You will manage a team of compliance officers, guiding them in risk assessments, investigations, and operational execution. You will be responsible for developing training programs to enhance compliance awareness across the organization. You will monitor and report on compliance metrics, ensuring that the organization meets its regulatory obligations. You will collaborate with other departments to integrate compliance into business processes and decision-making. You will stay informed about regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization. You will represent the organization in discussions with regulatory authorities and industry groups.
