You have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure and are ready to learn about server rack installation, hardware maintenance, and troubleshooting network issues. You understand the importance of meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and are dedicated to ensuring operational stability.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the on-site management of the hardware lifecycle of our IT infrastructure. You will work as part of the Operations team, focusing on the maintenance and upkeep of the data center infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include server rack installation, performing hardware break-fix on various components, and troubleshooting network issues. You will respond to emergent situations that affect operational stability, ensuring that our data centers run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with other team members to implement best practices and improve operational processes. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your technical skills and knowledge of AWS infrastructure services.
