Overview

Dataiku is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support strategic clients in Japan. You'll leverage your technical expertise to guide clients on the Dataiku platform and ensure successful integration. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and experience in technical account management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in AI or data platforms. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly makes you an effective advisor to clients. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with both clients and internal teams to drive success. You are adept at managing client relationships and can navigate challenging situations with ease. Your technical expertise allows you to provide hands-on support and guidance across various aspects of platform usage and deployment. You are proactive in identifying client needs and developing engagement plans that align with their goals.

Desirable

Experience with Dataiku or similar AI platforms is a plus. Familiarity with ML-Ops practices and cloud technologies will enhance your ability to support clients effectively. A background in data management and security practices will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Dataiku, you will act as the primary technical advisor for a select portfolio of strategic clients. You will collaborate with clients to identify their short and long-term priorities, developing engagement plans that ensure they maximize the value of the Dataiku platform. Your role will involve providing guidance on platform architecture, deployment, and best practices for usage. You will assist clients in integrating the Dataiku product into their existing systems, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise. You will also monitor platform operations and upgrades, ensuring that clients are informed and prepared for any changes. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in fostering strong client relationships.
