You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on middleware platforms — your experience includes leading architecture design and optimization efforts for large-scale distributed systems. You are well-versed in service mesh technologies and understand the intricacies of microservices governance. Your technical expertise extends to mainstream RPC frameworks, and you have a knack for enhancing service interoperability across multiple protocols and languages.

You have hands-on experience with technologies such as Istio and Envoy — you've implemented these tools in production environments, addressing core challenges in service governance and traffic management. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the architecture design and development of OKX's middleware platform, focusing on service mesh technologies. You will take charge of the implementation and customization of Istio, Envoy, and other mainstream service mesh tools, ensuring that they meet the company's needs for service governance and traffic management.

You will participate in the architecture design and performance optimization of RPC frameworks like Dubbo, enhancing their capabilities for multi-protocol and multi-language service interoperability. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of the company's distributed systems, making you a key player in the organization's success.

You will collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to define technology selection criteria and drive the adoption of best practices across the engineering team. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge, and helping them grow in their careers.
