Job Description

Join Amazon's Brand Innovation Lab's Premium Content team in revolutionizing the future of co-branded content partnerships. We're seeking an exceptional Sr. Global Sponsorships Program Manager to architect and implement our global sponsorships framework and operational strategy. This role will spearhead this development from the ground up, creating scalable systems and processes to support premium content partnerships across multiple international markets including the US, EU, Japan, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada and more to come. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambitious start-up environment, posses hands-on execution capabilities, strategically manage stakeholders, and bring experience with custom creative development. This person should possess a can do attitude, have passion for global teams, and build the program through influence not authority.

Key job responsibilities
• Design and implement the global program operational infrastructure, including workflows, tools, and best practices
• Develop strategic frameworks for evaluating and executing partnership opportunities
• Lead global campaign management across multiple international markets
• Create processes for cross-functional collaboration with BIL leads, Prime Video Marketing, Studios, PR, and Sales
• Establish measurement frameworks and reporting systems
• Drive continuous improvement of program infrastructure and processes
• Contribute to global metrics frameworks, business reviews and lead with customer obsession
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- 7+ years of programmatic advertising experience
- Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision, or 5+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks
- Knowledge of digital video landscape, including solid understanding of digital video distribution technologies
- • Experience designing and implementing operational infrastructure
- • Deep understanding of digital advertising landscape
- • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
