You'll leverage your understanding of client supply chains to identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in supply chain or logistics. You excel at building and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive value. Your attention to detail ensures that you manage client experiences with the utmost professionalism. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, using your deep knowledge of the client's business to enhance their experience with Flexport. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus, as is familiarity with technology solutions that enhance client operations. You are data-driven and can analyze client performance metrics to inform your strategies. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders.
