DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for Retailer Account Management to enhance partnerships with top-tier retailers. You'll guide clients through campaign management and strategy development. This role requires strong communication and account management skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have experience in account management, ideally within a retail or media context, and understand how to translate client goals into actionable strategies. You are skilled at managing campaigns from kickoff to recap, ensuring that each step is executed flawlessly. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to provide data-backed insights that drive measurable results for clients. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Ad Ops and Product, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. You may have experience mentoring junior team members, contributing to their growth and the overall success of the team. You are proactive in proposing recommendations and refining best practices to enhance account management processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a key partner to top-tier retailers, managing their campaigns from planning through to execution and measurement. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate these into effective strategies that maximize their success on the platform. You will be responsible for providing insights and recommendations based on campaign performance, helping retailers to optimize their media businesses. You will collaborate with various teams, including Ad Ops and Engineering, to ensure that all aspects of campaign execution are aligned and effective. Additionally, you will contribute to evolving account management processes, sharing best practices and insights with your team. Your role will also involve informal mentorship of junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
