What you'll do

As a GTM Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and performance of Upside's technology stack. You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of systems that support the go-to-market efforts of the company. Your day-to-day tasks will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions that enhance system reliability.

You will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Revenue Operations to align technology initiatives with business goals. This includes supporting strategic projects that aim to improve automation and data quality across the organization. You will also contribute to the development of user-friendly systems that enhance the overall experience for internal stakeholders.

Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in the realm of AI and automation. You will be expected to identify opportunities for leveraging these technologies to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
