Gorgias is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between product development and sales. You'll focus on messaging, content, and enablement programs to empower the sales team. This role requires strong strategic and communication skills.
You have a proven track record in product marketing, ideally with experience in sales enablement. You understand how to translate complex product features into compelling narratives that resonate with customers and sales teams alike. Your background includes collaborating closely with sales leadership to develop effective training and enablement materials that drive success. You are skilled in creating content that is not only informative but also engaging, ensuring that sales representatives feel confident in their ability to communicate product value. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, always keeping the end goal in mind. You are passionate about building relationships and understand the importance of aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Experience in the ecommerce or AI space would be a plus, as would familiarity with conversational commerce. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your marketing strategies. A background in customer relationship management or sales operations would also be beneficial, as it would enhance your ability to create effective enablement programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support the sales team in achieving their goals.
