You are familiar with Agile methodologies and have experience implementing CI/CD practices to enhance the development process. Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and event collection pipelines is a plus. What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager at Xometry, you will lead the teams responsible for building and operating the platforms that power customer, marketing, sales, and service experiences. You will own the systems that capture, organize, and activate customer data, ensuring that they are scalable and secure. Your role will involve overseeing the design and development of these systems, championing best practices in software engineering, and ensuring that your team adheres to Agile methods and conducts thorough code reviews.

You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications, guiding your team through the entire development lifecycle. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a culture of collaboration and innovation, where team members feel empowered to share ideas and contribute to the success of the projects.

In addition to technical leadership, you will also focus on building and mentoring your team, conducting regular one-on-ones to support their professional development. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction for your team, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
