As a Junior Operations Supervisor at Gopuff, you will report directly to a Site Leader and be an integral part of the Site leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold high operational standards at our MFCs, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will assist in managing daily operations, coordinating with team members to optimize workflows and improve efficiency. Your role will involve monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery. You will also participate in training new team members, sharing your knowledge and fostering a collaborative work environment.
