With at least 5 years of experience in a sales role, you understand the nuances of the SMB segment and are adept at leveraging technology to enhance sales strategies. Your ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate effectively with partners is key to your success. You are customer-obsessed, always seeking to understand their needs and how to best meet them through innovative solutions. Experience in AI Business Solutions or cloud technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with Microsoft’s Customer Engagement Methodology. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on achieving sales targets. A background in technology sales or a related field will help you navigate the complexities of the role.
As a Partner Solution Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales opportunities from commit to complete stages, focusing on high-performing Cloud Solution Providers. You will develop and execute a Partner Solution Area Sales Plan, collaborating closely with partners to implement co-sell strategies that maximize sales performance. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales processes. You will lead discussions with partners to align on goals and ensure they have the resources needed to succeed. Additionally, you will track sales metrics and report on performance, using data to inform your strategies and drive continuous improvement.
You will also play a crucial role in fostering a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing among partners. By leveraging Microsoft’s extensive partner ecosystem, you will help redefine how businesses adopt technology to drive growth and innovation.
