You possess strong communication skills and can read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. You are at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license, which is essential for this role.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers at their driveways, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Your role will involve not only assisting customers but also participating in local community events to promote Carvana's mission of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You will be required to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer schedules and ensure that all shifts are covered. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key in helping Carvana maintain its reputation as the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history.
