Datadog is seeking a Manager of Sales Development to lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives. You'll focus on prospect generation and sales pipeline management while leveraging your experience in SaaS and direct sales. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

You have a proven track record in hi-tech direct sales, with experience in managing and developing teams. Your motivation comes from helping others grow, and you are familiar with SaaS/Cloud environments and Salesforce. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, which you use to inspire and coach your team effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at working cross-functionally, leveraging your organizational and time management expertise to achieve team goals.

You understand the importance of building a strong office culture and are passionate about mentoring and coaching your team members. You recognize that not everyone will meet all qualifications on day one, and you are open to nurturing talent and providing growth opportunities for your team.

Desirable

What you'll do

As the Manager of Sales Development at Datadog, you will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and developing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
