We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to partner with Amazon's Fashion and Fitness business as they innovate and change the way people find, discover, and buy fashion and beauty products and services. Key job responsibilities
• Support senior business leaders as lead counsel on product decisions and strategic deals
• Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including brand, licensing, and marketing contracts
• Provide day-to-day customer-focused advice and legal support to business and tech teams
• Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, efficient, and business-centric ways
• Counsel on regulatory matters, including compliance with laws related to privacy and AI
• Handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries
- 10+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience in technology and commercial transactions or businesses- Experience working closely with and advising senior executives of an organization or equivalent
- Experience working independently and directly with all levels of legal and business partners or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $164,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $272,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
