Paytm is hiring a Tech Ops/Sales Support Team Lead to provide technical inputs during client pitches and coordinate with partners for service enablement. You'll work with technologies like WhatsApp Business API and SMS. This position requires 2-5 years of experience.
You have 2-5 years of experience in technical operations or sales support, ideally within the CPaaS domain. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively support sales teams with technical inputs during client pitches. Your background includes coordinating with Business Solution Providers (BSPs), telcos, and partners such as Meta and operators for service enablement and approvals. You are adept at handling onboarding processes, including template approvals, sender verification, and API documentation. You have experience monitoring uptime and platform health, as well as basic incident management in collaboration with product and engineering teams. You are comfortable assisting in client training, UAT support, and addressing post-sale configuration queries.
In this role, you will support the sales team by providing essential technical inputs during client pitches, focusing on services like WhatsApp Business API, SMS, Voice, and RCS. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including BSPs and telcos, to ensure smooth service enablement and obtain necessary approvals. Your responsibilities will include managing onboarding processes, which involve template approvals and sender verification, as well as providing API documentation and integration support. You will monitor platform uptime and health, working closely with product and engineering teams to manage incidents effectively. Additionally, you will assist in client training sessions and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), addressing any post-sale configuration queries that may arise.
