You'll work with platforms like Anaplan and Pigment to optimize sales planning and reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in enterprise sales planning systems.
You have experience working with and building applications/models in commercial-grade enterprise sales planning platforms, specifically with tools like Pigment, Anaplan, or Jedox. Your strong communication and teamwork skills enable you to effectively bridge the gap between engineering and business stakeholders, ensuring that both sides are aligned on project goals. You possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to troubleshoot complex calculation logic and deliver effective solutions.
As a Sales Performance Management Application Developer, you will define and design robust planning and operational architecture within the SPM system, translating complex business requirements into actionable plans. You will configure and maintain multi-application environments and permissions used for sales planning, incentive compensation management, and reporting. Your commitment to engineering excellence will prioritize quality, efficiency, velocity, security, and growth in every build, ensuring that the systems you develop are scalable and high-performing. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Automation Engineering team to deliver high-impact cross-functional systems that directly benefit the Commercial and Sales Operations teams.
