Job Description

We are building the future of small and medium business financing, leveraging Amazon's scale and capabilities to democratize access to capital for millions of sellers worldwide. Our team operates with the agility of a fintech startup within Amazon.
We are seeking a results-driven commercial growth leader to accelerate the management and grow our lending partner network. This role demands a strategic operator who will own P&L responsibility while driving measurable growth through funnel optimization, launching innovative products, and building strategic partnerships that deliver exceptional value to sellers. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, combining analytical rigor with entrepreneurial execution to scale our lending business.


Key job responsibilities
T• Partner Growth Management & Market Expansion: Drive revenue growth through strategic management of existing lending partner relationships, optimizing partner performance across geographic markets and customer segments to maximize penetration and market share.

• Strategic Data Insights & Analytics: Evaluate internal performance data and external market research into actionable business intelligence. Developing comprehensive market analysis, competitive insights, and performance benchmarking that inform strategic decision-making and drive measurable business outcomes.

• Funnel Optimization: Own end-to-end funnel metrics from partner acquisition through seller conversion, implementing data-driven improvements to maximize throughput and conversion rates across all stages of the customer journey

• Growth Initiative Leadership: Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives, identifying market opportunities and implementing scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact within existing partner frameworks

• New Product & Partnership Development: Lead the launch of innovative lending products and establish new strategic partnerships that expand our value proposition, enter new markets, and enhance seller access to capital

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, operations, and data science teams to align growth strategies and ensure seamless execution of business objectives


About the team
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related quantitative field
• 8+ years of commercial growth, business development, or partnership management experience with proven track record of driving measurable business results
• Financial Services & Lending Expertise: 5+ years of experience in financial services, lending, fintech, or payments with deep understanding of credit products, underwriting processes, regulatory requirements, and lending economics
• 4+ years of experience managing P&L responsibility and financial performance optimization
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and partner relationship management
• Proficiency with advanced analytics tools (SQL preferred, AI Tools & Excel required).
• Outstanding analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis, financial modeling, market analysis, and business intelligence platforms.

- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
- Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal
