Overview

Amazon is seeking a Product Manager for their Sub-Saharan Africa Product team to lead strategic partnerships and enhance the customer experience. You'll collaborate with various teams to develop product strategies and build solutions. This role requires 3+ years of product management experience.

Who you are

You have 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on managing technical products or online services. You are skilled at navigating ambiguity and can effectively prioritize partnership opportunities based on business impact and customer value. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, finance, and business, is essential for success in this role. You are adept at defining product requirements and success metrics, ensuring that the solutions you build align with Amazon's business strategy.

Desirable

Experience in developing product roadmaps for partnership integrations is a plus. You understand the importance of analyzing partnership performance and iterating based on customer feedback and business metrics. Your strong communication skills enable you to present partnership strategies and results to leadership effectively. You are comfortable documenting partnership models that can be applied across multiple verticals, showcasing your strategic thinking and organizational skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and execute product strategies for partnership integrations that enhance the Amazon customer experience. You will identify partnership opportunities that align with Amazon's business strategy and build roadmaps to deliver solutions that create value for customers and partners. Collaborating with business teams, you will work to ensure successful partner onboarding and integration with Amazon systems.
