Amazon is hiring a Driver Trainer to mentor and train Delivery Associates in Bad Axe, Michigan. This role involves hands-on training and conducting drive-alongs to ensure customer satisfaction in remote areas.
You are a self-motivated individual with a passion for mentoring others. You thrive in teaching and guiding conversations in large groups, believing in the importance of hands-on training. Your experience allows you to effectively conduct drive-alongs with Delivery Associates, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles. You understand the significance of customer satisfaction and are committed to helping build a network of customer-centric Delivery Associates in the communities where you operate.
As a Driver Trainer at Amazon, you will be responsible for in-role training at an operating site, which will last for over five weeks. This training will take place at a location that is more than 50 miles away from your home site. You will work closely with Delivery Associates, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Your role will involve conducting drive-alongs, offering real-time feedback, and ensuring that all associates understand the importance of customer service in the delivery process. You will also collaborate with other teams to innovate and improve the last mile delivery process, contributing to Amazon's mission of being the most customer-centric company on Earth.
