Kong is seeking a Senior Customer Assurance Analyst to lead customer-facing security and compliance assurance activities for their AI products. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
You have a strong background in customer assurance and compliance, particularly in the context of AI products. Your experience includes leading customer-facing security initiatives and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in security and compliance. You are comfortable engaging with customers to address their security concerns and provide tailored responses to their inquiries. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to explain complex security concepts in a clear and customer-friendly manner. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, product, and compliance teams to ensure that AI capabilities meet customer trust expectations and regulatory requirements. You are proactive in your approach, taking ownership of customer assurance requests and ensuring audit readiness.
Experience in cloud API technologies and a solid understanding of security frameworks would be beneficial. Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to AI and data handling is a plus. You are adaptable and willing to learn, even if you don't meet every requirement listed.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer assurance related to Kong's AI products. You will support customer assurance requests, including security questionnaires and due diligence inquiries, ensuring that all responses are accurate and tailored to specific AI use cases. You will attend customer calls as needed to explain Kong's security posture and compliance practices, providing clear and customer-friendly responses. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strong, secure, and compliant AI offerings. You will actively contribute to audit readiness and ensure that all AI capabilities are designed and implemented in a way that meets regulatory requirements. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation to new security challenges in the AI landscape.
