Overview

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Analyst for Treasury Cash Management to support cash management and liquidity for significant cash flows. This role requires exceptional project management skills and strategic thinking.

Who you are

You have a strong background in treasury operations and cash management, with a proven track record of supporting complex financial processes. Your strategic mindset allows you to navigate challenges effectively while implementing best-in-class processes and technology. You excel in project management, ensuring that diverse priorities are managed in a results-oriented environment. Your ability to collaborate with various teams across the organization is key to driving efficiencies and process discipline.

You are detail-oriented and possess a deep understanding of treasury technology and automation. Your experience includes supporting the implementation and optimization of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), enhancing daily treasury activities and reporting. You thrive in a rapidly growing business environment and are committed to building a best-in-class Treasury function that aligns with strategic objectives.

Desirable

Experience with cash flow forecasting and liquidity management is a plus. Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis tools will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team. A background in working with large-scale financial operations will be beneficial as you support the management of several billion dollars in monthly cash flows.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support all aspects of cash management and liquidity, ensuring that the organization maintains optimal cash flow levels. You will collaborate with the Senior Treasury Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance treasury operations. Your responsibilities will include analyzing cash flow trends and providing insights to inform decision-making processes. You will also play a critical role in optimizing treasury technology, ensuring that the TMS is effectively utilized to automate and streamline processes.

You will be responsible for monitoring cash positions and forecasting future cash needs, allowing the organization to make informed financial decisions. Your analytical skills will be essential as you prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators. You will also engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives and support the overall growth of the business.
