You will make strategic investments to enhance the quality of signals provided by this testing system, ensuring that it accurately predicts the Waymo Driver’s behavior in real-world scenarios. You will collaborate with partner engineering and data science teams to analyze test results and refine the system design based on best practices. Your role will involve leading technical discussions, mentoring junior engineers, and driving the technical direction of the fault-discovery system. You will also be responsible for aligning your work with Waymo’s broader mission of creating safe and reliable autonomous driving solutions.
