You have a strong background in procurement and contract management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in negotiating business terms and managing supplier relationships is well-established, and you understand the complexities of procurement in a fast-paced environment. You are a strategic thinker who can enforce enterprise-wide strategies and governance effectively. Your communication skills allow you to serve as a key point of contact for various stakeholders, ensuring seamless partnerships across the organization. You thrive in a flexible work environment and are comfortable working remotely while maintaining strong connections with your team.
Experience in the grocery or retail industry is a plus, as is familiarity with technology-driven procurement solutions. You are adept at using data to inform your decisions and can navigate complex negotiations with ease. A background in project management or operations can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
As the Senior Contracts Procurement Manager, you will lead the contract management function at Instacart, driving the execution of procurement contracting across the organization.
