Overview

InterWorks is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new data and analytics consultancy revenue with mid-market and enterprise clients. This role requires 7+ years of B2B SaaS or consulting sales experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or consulting sales, demonstrating a strong track record of closing six-figure deals with enterprise or upper mid-market accounts. Your expertise in navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives, sets you apart in the field. You thrive in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role and are adept at building and managing a qualified pipeline to meet and exceed annual quotas. Your ability to originate and develop trusted relationships with prospects is key to your success, as you understand their business objectives and can present relevant data service offerings effectively.

You are a senior individual contributor who enjoys collaborating with a highly skilled team of data consultants. Your approach to sales is consultative, focusing on positioning differentiated solutions rather than just products. You are passionate about driving innovation and pursuing opportunities that align with your clients' needs. Your strong communication skills enable you to engage with technical and business buyers alike, ensuring that you can articulate the value of complex data solutions clearly.

Desirable

Experience in the financial services, retail, or manufacturing industries would be a plus, as it allows you to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors. Familiarity with data and analytics consultancy services will enhance your ability to connect with clients and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market and enterprise accounts within your territory. You will consistently build and manage a qualified pipeline, ensuring that you meet and exceed your annual quota on data and analytics consulting services. Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles will be a significant part of your responsibilities, as you engage with technical and business buyers, including C-level and VP-level executives.

Your day-to-day activities will involve originating and developing trusted relationships with prospects, understanding their business objectives, and presenting relevant data service offerings that align with their goals. You will collaborate closely with solutions architects and consulting teams to shape innovative solutions that address client needs effectively. Your ability to navigate the intricacies of the sales process will be crucial in driving new logo acquisition and expansion within your assigned accounts.
