Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of creating a positive experience for customers and are eager to contribute to a team that values happiness in the car-buying process. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for this role. You are available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, and are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' with enthusiasm.

Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry or a similar customer service role would be a plus. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing schedules and demands. A strong commitment to safety and compliance is essential, as you will be responsible for delivering vehicles safely and efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring they receive their cars in pristine condition. You will engage with customers upon delivery, answering any questions they may have and ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided. Your role will also involve maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicles you deliver, as well as adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. You will work closely with the Inspection Center team to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely service.

In addition to delivering vehicles, you will have the opportunity to get involved in the local community, representing Carvana and promoting our mission to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process.
