Vanta is seeking a Ramp Manager to lead the SDR Ramp Program in Sydney. You'll focus on developing new Sales Development Representatives and ensuring they achieve peak performance within their first 90 days. This role requires strong leadership and performance management skills.
You have a proven track record in sales development or a related field, with experience in coaching and performance management. You thrive in a leadership role where you can empower others to reach their highest potential. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data-driven insights to enhance team performance and accountability. You are passionate about fostering a high-performance culture and have a knack for tailoring programs to meet the unique needs of your team. You understand the importance of onboarding and ramping new hires effectively, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
Experience in the tech industry or a fast-paced startup environment is a plus. Familiarity with sales metrics and performance indicators will help you drive results effectively. A background in security or compliance can be beneficial, given Vanta's focus on trust and security solutions.
As the Ramp Manager at Vanta, you will lead the SDR Ramp Program for the APJ region, tailoring and executing ramp programs for new SDRs to ensure they achieve peak performance within their first 90 days. You will foster an environment of high performance and accountability, responsible for performance management and ensuring coaching, performance, and KPI milestones are achieved on schedule. You will partner closely with the global Ramp Acceleration Manager and GTM Enablement to align strategies and share best practices across the organization. Your role will involve hands-on leadership, providing live coaching and reinforcement to help new hires ramp up quickly and effectively. You will analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and engagement among your team.
