Entry-Level Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant Post Production

Who you are

You are looking for an entry-level position in the automotive industry and are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You possess a valid driver’s license and are physically capable of operating vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently. You are at least 18 years old and can work in varying weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. You understand the importance of safety equipment and are willing to use it as required.

What you'll do

In this role, you will have the opportunity to choose from several positions, including Detailer, where you will be responsible for detailing vehicles by washing, cleaning interiors, and buffing exteriors. As a Lot Attendant, you will move vehicles from one department to another within the inspection center, ensuring smooth operations. If you take on the role of Photobooth Associate, you will capture high-quality photos of vehicles for customer viewing. Additionally, as an Inspection Associate, you will inspect vehicles for any imperfections or defects, ensuring they meet quality standards before being presented to customers. You will be part of a team that values efficiency and quality, contributing to Carvana's mission of providing exceptional service.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting pay of $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience. You will work a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 3 pm, with the possibility of mandatory overtime based on business needs.
