What you'll do

As an Equipment Technician, you will work independently to provide both reactive and preventative maintenance services throughout your assigned territory, which includes Houston, TX, and surrounding areas. Your primary responsibility will be to repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems. You will own relationships with your customers, inspiring loyalty by delivering professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules. Meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements is crucial, which includes conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.
