What you'll do

In this role, you will manage day-to-day global safety and security operations for Datadog’s regional offices, including its global headquarters in New York City. You will work closely with the Head of Global Safety & Security to support various initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace safety and security. Your responsibilities will include overseeing investigations, ensuring health and safety compliance, and managing security risk assessments.

You will play a critical role in developing protective services and incident management programs that align with Datadog's operational goals. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure that all employees are aware of safety protocols. You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions and workshops to educate staff on safety measures and emergency procedures.

Your role will require you to travel domestically and internationally to assess security needs and implement solutions across various locations. You will be the point of contact for security-related inquiries and will work to foster a culture of safety within the organization. Your ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels will be essential in promoting a secure work environment.
