Vaco is seeking an Associate Director of Technical Recruiting to lead the recruitment process for contract and direct-hire positions. You'll collaborate with sales teams and business leaders to identify and manage candidates effectively.
You have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in technical roles, and possess the ability to identify and assess qualified talent effectively. Your experience includes managing candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams and business stakeholders to fulfill open job orders. You are detail-oriented and proactive in updating and utilizing candidate skills matrices in your recruitment activities. You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to perform interviews in line with performance objectives and generate leads through professional relationships.
Experience in a staffing or recruiting firm is a plus, as is familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in the hiring process and are committed to creating an equitable recruitment experience for all candidates.
