Apple is seeking an Apple Pay eCommerce Merchant Specialist to drive Apple Pay acceptance among eCommerce merchants. You'll engage with partners to enhance their digital channels and improve customer experiences. This role requires fluency in Arabic and strong communication skills.
You have a strong background in business development or sales, ideally with experience in eCommerce and payment solutions. Your fluency in Arabic allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of merchants and partners. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and foster collaborative relationships. You are data-driven and can analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Your ability to present complex information in an engaging manner makes you an effective communicator, whether in person or through webinars. You are passionate about enhancing customer experiences and have a keen understanding of digital channels.
Experience in the payments industry or with Apple Pay is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and account management will help you excel in this role. A background in marketing or product management can also be beneficial as you work cross-functionally with various teams.
In this role, you will initiate and actively engage with potential eCommerce merchants to drive Apple Pay acceptance. You will work closely with merchants to enable best-in-class integration of Apple Pay on their digital channels, including web and app platforms. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering a communication strategy to evangelize Apple Pay, whether in one-on-one meetings or larger webinars. You will provide updates on account and pipeline progress, sharing productivity KPIs with leadership and wider Apple teams. Maintaining merchant contacts and updating pipeline status in the internal CRM system will be crucial to your success. You will collaborate with internal partners within the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce (WPC) organization to ensure a seamless experience for merchants and their customers.
