In this role, you will support a global team by identifying and executing internal process improvements and program opportunities. You will partner with AWS Fintech leadership to drive initiatives that enhance business planning and reporting. Your responsibilities will include managing cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be tasked with developing global initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure success. Your role will require you to roll up your sleeves and engage directly with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be involved in organizing internal events and employee campaigns, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment. As a trusted partner across the business, you will help improve current processes and tools, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $115,600.00 - $160,000.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
