LaunchDarkly is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive sales and customer engagement within mid-market organizations in Australia. You'll manage the sales cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of LaunchDarkly's solutions. This role requires a strategic, customer-focused approach with a proven track record in sales.

Who you are

You are a strategic and customer-focused sales professional with a proven track record of closing mid-market deals. You thrive in a consultative sales environment and have experience managing the sales cycle from evaluation to adoption. Your ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are comfortable engaging with key stakeholders, including VP- and C-suite executives, to communicate the value proposition of LaunchDarkly's offerings. You understand the importance of territory and account planning, and you are skilled at developing strategic plans to maximize growth and customer engagement. You are eager to make an impact in a fast-growing company and are committed to driving customer success through effective account management practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the sales cycle for mid-market organizations, proactively generating and managing outbound pipeline opportunities within accounts of up to 5,000 employees. You will build and nurture strong relationships with these accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their successful adoption of LaunchDarkly's solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, solutions engineers, and cross-functional teams to guide clients through the evaluation, purchase, and adoption processes. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic plans for your territory, driving customer success by leveraging best practices in account management, and effectively communicating LaunchDarkly's value proposition to key stakeholders. You will also engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with strategic business and technical insights that facilitate their decision-making processes.
