What you'll do

As an Intern Operations Engineer at Contentsquare, you will join a team dedicated to enhancing the efficiency of the Engineering, Product & Design organization. You will work closely with the Head of Engineering, Product, and Design Operations, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers to streamline processes. Your role will involve hands-on technical exploration, where you will assist in building small but impactful internal tools that facilitate better collaboration among teams.

You will focus on workflow optimization, identifying areas where processes can be improved to enhance productivity and efficiency. This may involve analyzing existing workflows, gathering feedback from team members, and implementing changes that lead to better outcomes.
