Cloud Enterprise Architect, Professional Services, Google Cloud (English, Bahasa Indonesia)

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 7 years of experience in customer-facing services focused on translating enterprise customer needs into cloud solutions. Your experience includes writing software in one or more coding languages such as Java, Python, Go, C, or C++. You possess a strong understanding of developing solution architectures through system design techniques, including distributed systems and designing systems under constraints. You are fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, enabling you to engage effectively with local customers and cross-regional stakeholders. You are willing to travel up to 20% of the time, demonstrating your commitment to customer engagement and support.

Desirable

You have experience architecting and developing software or internet-scale production-grade infrastructure/migration solutions in virtualized environments. Your background includes working with channel partners, system integrators, and third-party developers to deliver successful solutions. You are familiar with designing and deploying distributed data processing systems and have knowledge of infrastructure automation, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). Additionally, you understand standard IT security practices such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), data protection, encryption, and certificate management. Your familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, particularly Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), sets you apart as a candidate.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide technical architecture and enterprise-wide Google Cloud subject matter expertise to customers. You will oversee technical delivery excellence, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and accurate estimation of customer outcomes in partnership with the Delivery Executive and Program Manager. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and translate those into effective cloud solutions, guiding them through the implementation process. Your responsibilities will include developing and refining solution architectures, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of enterprise clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive customer success.
