As our new Marketing Lead (AI Systems), you’ll help make that happen by building the system that powers how we grow; not by hand, but by AI. Your job? Design and run the engine behind our non-paid marketing: from SEO and landing pages to social, partnerships and beyond. You’ll build the agent-powered systems that do the heavy lifting, freeing us up to experiment more, execute faster, and learn quicker.

Forget long lists. Here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:

• Designing systems that scale, using AI agents to handle high-volume, repetitive marketing work across channels

• Building and refining prompts, rules and workflows that keep outputs fast, smart, and brand-compliant

• Running constant experiments to test what works for different trade types, channels, and regions

• Collaborating with Product Marketing, Content, Design, UX and Data teams to translate strategy into action

• Owning outcomes, from brief to live. No bottlenecks, no waiting around; you’re the system behind the system
  

It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring:

• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools: especially prompt design, workflows and content generation

• A systems mindset: you spot patterns, create templates, and solve once for scale

• Good grasp of marketing execution across SEO, landing pages, social and content

• An eye for quality and consistency, even when scaling up output

• A collaborative, proactive way of working: you lead with clarity and build things that last
