What you'll do

As a Staff Software Developer at AppDirect, you will lead the Firstbase engineering team, guiding them through the next stage of scale and integration. You will be responsible for designing and evolving the technical foundation of systems that support onboarding, logistics, and procurement for a diverse range of users, including Advisors and Resellers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the platform meets the needs of customers while maintaining high standards of performance and reliability. Your role will involve making strategic decisions that impact the direction of the Firstbase platform, ensuring it aligns with AppDirect's broader goals.
