You have a strong background in sales and account management, ideally with experience in technology or AI solutions. You understand the nuances of customer engagement and can develop comprehensive account plans that drive value for both the customer and the company. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of managing customer relationships from initial engagement through to renewal. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-evolving industry.
Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies and customer success strategies. A background in technical sales or solutions engineering would enhance your ability to partner effectively with engineering teams.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, developing and executing strategies that align with their business goals. You will support your customer accounts from initial engagement to successful deployment, ensuring they derive maximum value from OpenAI's products. You will partner with solutions and research engineering teams to build and execute complex customer programs, leveraging your technical understanding to guide customers through the sales cycle. You will be a key driver of opportunities, working to generate new leads and close deals that contribute to the company's growth. Your role will involve regular communication with customers to understand their needs and challenges, allowing you to tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements. You will also collaborate with the Go To Market team to refine strategies and improve customer engagement processes.
