What you'll do

You will work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of medical strategies. Your role will involve translating headquarters’ scientific and medical objectives into actionable field medical strategies, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed.

You will be responsible for driving health system impact through strategic leadership and hands-on execution. This includes collaborating with clinical development teams to ensure that research findings are effectively communicated and implemented in practice. You will also engage with marketing and commercial teams to align messaging and strategies that resonate with healthcare providers and patients alike.

Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the Field Medical team. You will mentor and guide team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers. By leveraging your expertise, you will help BridgeBio to continue pushing the boundaries of what is possible in biopharma.

What we offer

BridgeBio offers a competitive salary range of $225,000 to $270,000, reflecting the importance of this role within our organization.
