What you'll do

As a Freelance Tech Recruiter at Catawiki, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple engineering roles. This includes sourcing candidates from Brazil, engaging with them, and guiding them through the relocation process to Lisbon. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in Portugal to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Your role will involve developing strategies to attract top talent and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. You will also be responsible for conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the roles.
