Your experience in the IT industry is a significant asset, as you understand the unique challenges and opportunities that Managed Service Providers (MSPs) face. You are comfortable working with data and using it to inform decision-making processes. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

As the Director of GTM Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives that support Kaseya's growth trajectory. You will collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment on strategic goals. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.

You will oversee the planning and execution of operational strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and resources to ensure optimal allocation towards strategic initiatives.
