Overview

Oscar is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical to lead their Case Management team. You'll drive clinical performance and collaborate with leadership to achieve departmental objectives. This role is fully remote for candidates residing in Dallas, Texas.

Who you are

You have a strong background in clinical management, with experience leading teams and driving performance within healthcare settings. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various levels of leadership is essential, as you will propose initiatives that align with departmental and organizational goals. You are adept at implementing processes and leveraging performance data to enhance clinical outcomes. You understand the importance of regulatory and accreditation requirements and ensure that policies and procedures are maintained accordingly.

You possess excellent leadership skills, enabling you to grow and develop clinical teams effectively. Your experience includes direct leadership of both leaders and front-line staff, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. You are committed to serving members and have a passion for creating a healthcare experience that feels personal and supportive.

Desirable

Experience in a health insurance environment or familiarity with case management processes would be beneficial. A background in data analysis and performance metrics can enhance your ability to drive departmental objectives.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, Clinical, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical performance within your department and the departments you serve. You will lead initiatives that aim to improve clinical outcomes and ensure that all functions meet regulatory and organizational standards. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies that align with Oscar's mission of providing exceptional healthcare.

You will report to the Associate Director, Clinical, and work closely with other leaders to ensure that departmental objectives are met. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding clinical teams through challenges and ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will also be responsible for reviewing and maintaining policies and procedures that govern clinical functions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

What we offer

Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $119,200 - $156,450 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes participation in an unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from home while being part of a dynamic and innovative team focused on transforming the healthcare experience for members.
