As a Customer Success Associate at Bestow, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients as they navigate our technology platform. You will assist insurance carriers in launching and managing their life insurance products, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. You will engage with clients to understand their goals and challenges, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and enhance the overall customer experience. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure they are maximizing the value of our platform.
You will also gather feedback from clients to help inform product improvements and enhancements, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization. You will work closely with the Revenue team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that can benefit our clients. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our clients and the growth of Bestow as a leader in the life insurance technology space.
