Zuora is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to maximize the value of their solutions for customers. You'll collaborate with clients to align Zuora's offerings with their strategic goals. This role requires expertise in billing and CPQ processes.
You have a strong background in enterprise solution architecture, particularly in billing and configure-price-quote (CPQ) systems. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand how to align technology solutions with business objectives, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from their investments. You are adept at leading strategic workshops and delivering customized roadmaps that cater to the unique needs of each customer. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions that evolve with customer growth. Your analytical mindset enables you to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, ensuring that the solutions you provide are not only effective but also sustainable in the long term. You are passionate about helping businesses transition to subscription-based models and understand the nuances of the Subscription Economy.
