You have over 5 years of experience in HR, specifically as a Senior HR Business Partner, where you've successfully supported senior leaders in enhancing organizational health and team effectiveness. Your ability to provide thoughtful guidance and candid feedback makes you a trusted advisor in complex environments. You are skilled in leading core HR processes such as performance management, compensation, and talent planning, ensuring consistency and quality in execution. Your familiarity with AI industry technologies and ethical principles allows you to identify business opportunities that enhance productivity in HR functions. You are comfortable using AI tools to streamline processes and improve outcomes, making you a valuable asset to any HR team.
You have experience leading and developing high-performing HR teams, which has equipped you with the skills to mentor and guide others in the field. Your understanding of the latest trends in HR technology, particularly in AI, positions you as a forward-thinking professional who can drive innovation within the organization.
In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to support organizational health and business performance within aligned client groups. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing practical coaching on people-related decisions and helping leaders navigate challenges effectively. You will lead and execute core People Rhythm processes, ensuring that performance, compensation, and engagement initiatives are implemented with attention to detail. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to align people strategies with business goals, enabling growth and innovation while strengthening the company culture. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering effective people programs that empower leaders and employees to perform at their best.
